In recent years, Little Red Robot has been working with Genentech to communicate the effectivity of a new cancer immunotherapy treatment. While healthcare providers may gain insight from one form of the narrative, patients may call for another.

We showed a variety of approaches to focus groups. People said we elevated the story of what goes on inside the body well beyond the usual, expected, clinical-looking, fly-throughs of immune systems to create an experience both informative and inspiring. Not all of our designs made it past the animatic stage but ultimately Genentech has found the work we delivered to be very successful, as it continues to test well in patients. We love that people appreciate our creativity. Naturally, what matters most is that the cancer immunotherapy treatment Genentech is providing works.
